Today I harvested more tomatoes - here is 510 g of Costolute Genovese, 170 g of Miniroma, 175 g of Black Cherry and 950 g of  Coeur de Boef/Oxheart!
This is the beefsteakvariety of Jaunne Flammé, that I talked about for a few weeks ago - 1390 g just today and the biggest one was  at 356 g! I had to get another scale with a built in bowl today, because when it starting to be these kind of large tomatoharvests, they just fall of my digital kitchenscale on the wall!
Jag skördade lite annat med - här är 225 g White Bianca, 60 g Dr Carolyns Yellow, 25 g Hot Lemon och  170 g gurka Passandra.
I harvested a bit more - here is 225 g of White Bianca, 60 g of  Dr Carolyns Yellow, 25 g of Hot Lemon (Capsicum baccatum) and  170 g cucumber Passandra.
Ja, det var väl det, nej just det igår skördade jag lite Victoriaplommon med - 660 g till en plommonsås!
Nu ska jag gå och koka ketchup! Ha en skön vecka! :) Mia
Thats it I think, no, now I remember that Yesterday I harvested 660 g of Victoriaplums for a plumsauce!
Now I will go and make some homemade ketchup! Have a nice week! :) Mia

  2. Tack, Ruben! Ja, man måste ju göra något på allt man skördar! Återkommer väl med recept om resultatet blir vad jag vill, det har puttrat på i ganska många timmar nu...

  3. Beautiful! I also ordered seeds for bull's heart for next year so can't wait to see how they'll turn out.

  7. I love your tomato harvest! Just yesterday I found a source for black cherry tomato so I look forward to ordering seeds to grow next year. Looking at one of your comments, apparently I am not the only one thinking about seeds for next year!

  8. Rowena, thanks! No, of course You should look for seeds now when erebody enjoys them and still remember the taste of them! Good luck with Your seed-shopping! Have a nice week! :) Mia

  9. Looks like your tomatoes are doing great. Didn't have a chance to convert the weight from grams however. Can't do it quickly in my head.

  10. Thanks, wilderness! Well, Yeas they are really doing great this year! :) I can´t convert that in my head easy either, since we always use the metric system! I use a converter online - wonder if You make it out, because it´s in Swedish basicly, but just put in Your messurement in the right spot and press the equal sign and You get it! http://konverterare.pluggis.nu/convert_1.html
I´ll bet there is more of them put there! Would like to have one in my margin, I will start try and fix one! Have a god weekend! :) Mia
