:) Mia
Today I have harvested newpotatoes, on november 28! Isn´t that fantastic? :) It was a test I had to do, when the new benches were up in beginning of august and I had a couple of seed potatoes left from this spring. Well, the harvest isn´t enourmous, but I thought I will save them for Christmas Eve and serve them withe the pickled herring with chili! Didn´t dare to wait any longer to take them up, because tonight we got a little snow and it is cold today, so I don´t know how much longer I can dig in the ground... It will probably be enough for our family of 4 people, and them they can say wich one they prefer for next Year! :) Today is the last time I translate a post on my blog, because I managed to get a translator button next on the right! I hope it will work allright, please let me know otherwise? I will keep on answering in the language You wright me in, as long as it is one I can manage... Please go to Daphne at Daphnes Dandelions for more contributions in todays Harvest!
Have a further good day/night! :) Mia

Good job on growing the late season potatoes! I bet you (and your family) enjoyed the fresh harvest tremendously.
kitsapFG - thanks a bunch! Well, I am shure that we will! Have a good day! :) Mia
Great to have fresh potatoes this time of year. Have a few left in the root cellar but they will soon be gone. Have been buying them already and the price is outrages.
Wilderness - thank you, yes it is wonderful with fresh produce this time of year! Here in Sweden the price is actually not that high for potatoes yet, though nothing is ever as good as homeproduce I think! Have a good day/night! :) Mia
Your potatoes are beautiful. Can't wait to plant mine in spring; they are not easy to grow well here in the desert, but every year is better.
Mary, thanks! I will grow some in buckets for early crop in the spring as well! Well, the desert I guess is really hard to grow anything but Cactuses in, though potatoes love sandy soil. I must visit Your blog! Have a nice day/evening! :) Mia
Hehhee!Grattis!/Anja
